  5. FORTRIX-C: Source language converter taking as its input a standard FORTRAN
  6. source program or program module, and outputting Kernighan and Ritchie C source
  7. language. When compiled with standard C compiler, the output object program
  8. will be functionally similar to that of the original compiled FORTRAN program.

  10. applications in new or additional system environments that favor the more
  11. standard and portable C language. Therefore, FORTRIX-C has been designed to
